Return Cost

If the item is faulty, the return cost is on us.

30 Days to Return

If you need to return a faulty item, make sure to reach out to us within 10 days of receiving the item. Returns cannot be made after the 10 days.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a faulty piece of jewellery, you may return it for a replacement. If the item you return is out of stock, we’ll provide you with a store credit so you can choose something else you love from our shop. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
